At the start of every engagement we undertaken a focused PPM Maturity Assessment with you.  Together we score your department, business unit or organisation, identifying strengths & weaknesses.  We also benchmark your scores against over 700 other organisations.  This provides your PPM maturity baseline.  We then repeat the same PPM maturity assessment at an appropriate future point so we can assess the change we have achieved together and prove the business case.
