Risk and Value Management will both be covered from basic concepts to some of the more in-depth techniques available. This course will discuss the theories of Risk and Value Management to supply participants with practical understanding.
By combining Risk and Value Management this course enables discussion on both positive and negative elements of projects.
Rather than being simply a ‘how to’ guide on the subject, this course will also present knowledge around why these techniques are used.

Expected Outcomes
The full Risk Management process will be examined throughout the day, including the underlying reasoning for implementing such a system.
Attendees will also gain a good understanding of the theory of Value Management and how it's creative element can be applied to their projects.
A case study will be presented to support the theoretical content. This will be complemented by separate Risk and Value Management workshops, facilitated by the trainer and based around a relevant and appropriate project
