This course provides instructions on using the Gantt chart and costing information to observe and guide the project to its completion.
Participants will understand how to use the planning tools to steer the project to its finish.

Prerequisites
It is recommended that attendees first complete Project Start-up and Planning & Project Costs and Benefits Management
Expected Outcomes
A complete run through of the execution stages of the project will be discussed and suggestions on how best to ‘project manage’ this phase will be presented.
Participants will gain a thorough understanding on managing this phase of the project lifecycle. This will include change control solutions for the inevitable modifications(!) from the original scope.
Participants will also gain an understanding of appropriate project reporting and communication for the execution phase of the project.
