Senior Project Controls Manager Sector Pharma Role To lead the global shared services project and programme processes deployment, including development, maintenance and continuous improvement and to develop and embed a core project management capability across the shared services organisation world wide.. The role will be actively involved with developing short and long term solutions to program issues and will support innovation in the approach through the use of external benchmarking and application of best practice. Alignment of the project methodology to the business environment is also a must. Ability to influence people in a matrix structure, regardless of reporting lines Communication of successes due to standard application of project management process Formal Project / Programme Management qualification and demonstrable understanding of project management methodologies/tools/techniques. Practical experience of strategic business change programmes and managing the expectations of senior stakeholders Credibility and ability to operate and influence at Senior levels in the organization Project Planning Software (MS Project) Process Mapping software Process Development Lean Sigma tools and techniques Ability to adapt the project processes to meet the needs of diverse projects from construction projects, IT infrastructure, to business change programmes. Continuous Improvement of the project process, working in a lean 'root cause analysis' environment Removal of waste from all processes Strong leadership and influencing skills Ability to 'sell' the concept of project management and the benefits of standard application Capacity to bring process and documentation 'to life' through previous experience and successes
