Project Account Manager (London) Sector Customised Sevices Role Manage operational delivery of customised contracted services to a variety of external clients, making sure they are delivered to time and within budget, and provide project management expertise to support the successful implementation of the Customer Services integration programme across the UK operation. The post holder will be assigned responsibility for specific accounts and will assume responsibility for ensuring implementation and the day to day delivery against operational and contractual requirements. This will also include responsibility for reviewing and enhancing services/processes to meet specific needs of existing customers as and when directed by Head of Customised Services. This newly created role has been devised in response to the increased demand to have a dedicated team responsible for the effective implementation and on-going management of customised services outside of core business and a key challenge of this role will be to work effectively across all divisional teams across the UK to ensure successful delivery against customer requirements and other stakeholder needs.¬¬
