Expected Outcomes
This course is designed as an introduction to the topic of project management.
It will deliver a concise overview into the field and clarify and introduce the techniques generally attributed to it. This will take the participant from the beginnings of project management to some of its more common features, including fundamentals such as the Time, Cost, Quality triangle.
Once completed, the participant will have a broad understanding of the concepts in and around project management.
