This course discusses how best to utilise non-project resources within your organisation. It also examines how to achieve project success within the constraints of the organisation.

Expected Outcomes
Participants will gain an understanding of projects within the organisational setting.
An outline of the various organisational structures with their advantages and disadvantages will be highlighted.
The benefits and potential threats of the wider organisation will be explored in terms of what projects need to be successful.
A strategy to get other departments ‘on board’ will be discussed, some being ‘quick wins’ and others being long-term opportunities for inter organisational partnerships.
