Expected Outcomes

Attendees will gain an understanding of the project support office and what it can offer to all relevant parties – from senior management to project team members. 

This will include a breakdown of the areas of functionality of a PSO and include suggestions for approaches to reporting and communications. 

Suggestions will be given on the most important functional components and most practical implementation of those components.

A presentation will be given into the notion of an active PSO and discussion entered around this concept.
