We are very proud for our Director of Consulting Services, Emma-Ruth Arnaz-Pemberton who has been chosen to present at the APM National Conference for Women in Project Management.

The conference will be celebrating the SIG’s 25th year and explores the theme ‘Empowerment’.

The conference will aim to give women who work in all areas of project management the tools to develop a highly rewarding career, create a powerful profile and empower their teams as respected leaders. Three streams will cover a range of topics:

  • Empowering Self: Raise your profile and take charge of your career
  • Empowering Teams: Lead your team to successful projects
  • Mini Masterclass Delivery Skills: Enhance your Project Management delivery skill set
  • Project managers at all stages of their career will benefit from attending this conference.

About Emma:

Emma-Ruth Arnaz-Pemberton Speaking at APM National Women in Project Management ConferenceA project, programme and portfolio (PMO) specialist with extensive experience in the change management industry and a particular focus on collaboration, PMO conception & strategy, method and capability development.

As the Director of Consulting Services for Wellingtone Project Management, Emma-Ruth is responsible for all services within the PPM DNA ethos, including PMO implementation, project definition, and PMO metrics.

She is currently chair of the APM’s PMO SIG, an APM accredited trainer, and involved in various project management charitable organisations.

The PMO SIG aims to provide a collaborative open forum for PMO practitioners, and anyone with an interest in the role of PMOs, to get together, share ideas, offer support and advice to the PMO community, and to create valuable practice-oriented knowledge, which helps drive the PMO profession forward.
