
One of the most common conversations I have been having with candidates since the turn of the new year is whether to continue to hold out for the right permanent position or to try contracting in the short term. This is always a difficult question to answer as it depends largely on the individual persons own needs and circumstances, and is not made any easier by the current state marketplace for new and experienced project managers alike.
