Private Sector more optimistic about creating jobs - May 11th, 2010

Project Recruitment update
Here at Wellingtone, it was a positive April, and we continue to be cautiously  optimistic for an equally successful May and June.  According to the CIPD ,  job prospects in general are improving as the UK emerges from recession, the public sector in undoubtedly bracing itself for “widespread” cuts, but the good news is that recruitment in private companies is expected to “surge in the second half of 2010″. KISS.  Keep it simple.  That’s hardly a message to be argued with, is it?

Complexity is the enemy of flexibility.  It ties us up in unintended consequences, blocking our attempts to change.  It hides defects.  It makes it impossible to assure that our systems will function correctly.  Security.  Performance.  Transparency.  All of these highly desirable attributes leak away in the face of increasing complexity.
